Online Equalisation Coaching
Break through your equalisation barriers, from anywhere.
Struggling to equalise? Stuck at 5m? Plateaued at 20m?
Frustrated that your breath-hold improves but your ears won’t cooperate?Equalisation is the most common limiter in freediving progression. And it’s rarely a strength issue, it’s a technique issue. Our 1:1 online coaching session is designed to diagnose, correct, and build reliable equalisation mechanics so you can dive deeper with confidence.
This coaching is great for:
- Recreational freedivers stuck at 0–5m
- Divers plateaued between 15–30m
- Divers wanting to learn hands-free equalisation
- Anyone preparing for their next course or depth progression
If your ears are holding you back — this is for you.
Each 45-minute session is tailored to your specific limitations. Depending on your level, we may cover:
Frenzel mechanics and tongue position
Soft palate control
Eustachian tube activation
Hands-free equalisation fundamentals
Head and body positioning
Equalisation timing and efficiency
Pre-dive drills to improve consistency
Clear exercises and a structured plan to practise post session
The Instructor Behind Coaching
Kaeo Landon-Lane is a full-time freediving instructor, who specialises in equalisation training and static apnea, with a particular focus on hands-free equalisation- the most difficult equalisation to learn. He works closely with divers of all skill levels and limitations; including those with physical barriers preventing normal equalisation.
