2- Day Spearfishing Course
Kickstart your ocean journey by getting coaching on spearfishing and freediving to bring you up levels in your spearo ability. Ideal for those with little to no experience and those who have gaps in their knowledge and skills!
During multiple dry practical and theory sessions, a pool session and multiple ocean dives, we'll cover the physiology of depth, breathholding, equalisation, handling equipment, safety protocols, and of course spearfishing skills and hunting techniques to make you a proficient underwater hunter gatherer with an expansive knowledge of how your equipment works.
This course covers basic freediving essential knowledge and skills, and then includes dry theory and ocean sessions focussing on spearfishing:
