Depthwish Iki Knife

Our Iki knife is simple, functional and durable.

After testing hundreds of knives, we found a few critical features with knives that are mastered in the Depthwish Iki knife.

Firstly, rusty dive knives are almost inevitable. To counter this, we use a marine grade stainless steel that is very rust resistant and requires very little maintenance- so long as it's getting use as an iki knife, the oil from killing and filleting fish is enough to keep any exposed steel from rusting. An external coating keeps the rest of the blade covered from oxidation.

Secondly, knives are easily lost if their sheath is designed poorly or made with flimsy materials, or straps that slip or break. Our Iki knife sheath makes drawing and sheathing the knife easily, and keeps the knife securely in its sheath. The sheath is worn on the weightbelt- not just the forearm or calf. The smaller size of the knife keeps its profile small and close, keeping you free in kelp and caves.
